Refund policy

We hope you love everything you order from Hello Darlin! But if something isn't quite right, here's how we can handle returns:

Returns for Store Credit Only

We gladly accept returns for store credit within 7 days of your delivery date. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. 

To Be Eligible: 

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. 
• Sale Items, accessories, custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. 

How to Return: 

-Email us at hello.darlinboutiquee@gmail.com with your order number and item(s) you would like to return.

-Once approved, ship your return back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping costs). 

-Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your store credit via email or mobile phone number (whichever was provided at checkout) within 3-5 business days. If your return is rejected you will be notified and responsible for shipping cost back to you.
